Absolut Vodka has been a long time partner with Vanessa’s Bistro 2. One of our favorite cocktails to make with ABSOLUT is the Cosmopolitan.   This sweet and tangy cocktail is a great drink to go with our Vietnamese Tapas with a French Twist.  We normally make our Cosmo with Absolut Mandarin Vodka which adds a whole extra level of flavor.
