It’s Mandatory to Try a Mandrin Cosmo at Vanessa’s Bistro 2!

Vanessa’s Bistro 2 in Downtown Walnut Creek hands down has the best cocktails on happy hour.  All of our cocktails on happy hour are made with Absolut vodka and are only $5.  Our Vietnamese Tapas are $6 while our select beer and wine are $3 and $6 respectively.  Hour hour is Monday thru Saturday from 3-6 PM and from 9-close and all day on Sunday!

One of our favorite treats is the Mandrin Cosmo made with ABSOLUT Mandrin, cranberry juice, triple sec, and a fresh squeeze of lime.

One of our favorites on the top shelf here at Vanessa’s Bistro 2 is Avion Reserva 44 Extra Anejo Tequila.  It is an amazingly smooth sipping tequila aged 44 months.  Its production is extremely limited and each bottle is signed by the founder, Ken Austin.  We think AVION 44 is the perfect tequila because its balance between sweetness and oak is spot on! The major difference that makes Avion stand out from other tequilas is that Avion roasts their agave to give the juice a special flavor, while others stream the agave.
