Vanessa’s Bistro 2 Menu Changes

Vanessa’s Bistro 2 in Downtown Walnut Creek has made a few slight changes to the MENU.  We are mostly known for our Vietnamese Tapas with a French Twist and our Entrees are constructed with just as much detail.

We have recently upgraded our Pan Seared Filet by adding some Jumbo Prawns and Potato Croquet.  Our other addition is the Baked Sole Stuffed with Dungeness Crab in a Lemon Caper White Wine Sauce.  Both these stick to our theme of reasonably priced entrees that can quench any appetite.

Vanessa’s Bistro 2 Wine Wednesday Featuring 2010 Opus One

Vanessa’s Bistro 2 is one of the few restaurants offering the 2010 Opus one to its customers in Downtown Walnut Creek.  Not only do we offer this amazing wine, but on Wednesdays all the bottles of wine are half off!  Take a look at all the wines we have on the MENU.

2010 Opus One is truly one of a kind.  It is a red blend that consists of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon which is smoothed out by 4 other varietals.  You can learn much more from the Opus One Website.

Vanessa’s Bistro 2 Tapas Tuesday – Walnut Creek

Every Tuesday, Vanessa’s Bistro 2 in Downtown Walnut Creek serves Vietnamese Tapas with a French Twist for HALF OFF!  On Tuesdays, we are open from 11 AM till 11PM and this promotion lasts all day.  Come and enjoy your favorite tapas for under 5 dollars a piece.

Pictured here are the Spicy Pineapple Glazed Chicken Wings.  Indulge in these wings as they come coated in our special sauce or ask for them with the sauce on the side if you like a crispier wing to dip. Check out our current list of  MENU items.

Vanessa’s Bistro 2 Happy Hour All Day Sunday – Downtown Walnut Creek

Come Join us anytime on Sundays to enjoy our Vietnamese Tapas with a French Twist on the happy hour menu.  On sundays we are open from 1 PM till 9 PM.  Our happy hour menu consists of some of our favorite speciality cocktails for 5$, select beer and wine for 3$ and 6$, and of course some of our best tapas we offer for 6$.

One of our favorite cocktails is the Spicy Basil Bloody Marry garnished with homemade pickled carrots and green beans.  We choose to do everything from scratch here at Vanessa’s so the Bloody Mary mix is also  homemade and is unlike any other mix around.  Once it is paired with Absolut Peppar it is a true delight to any bloody mary connoisseur!  Check out our menu under the Happy Hour section and Specialty Cocktail section.
